Overview
3/8" Boom Adaptor Swivel
The Adaptor Swivel has been designed to allow products with a female 1/4" thread, ie portable audio recorder or camera to be mounted on a 3/8" male thread, mic stand or boom pole, or be attached to a camera hot shoe. The adpator is made of plastic and brass components; it features a 180° swivel for improved ease-of-use, as well as an integrated cable clamp designed to greatly reduce cable-borne noise.
The Boom Swivel Adaptor can be purchased on its own, or bundled with either a 10cm Hot Shoe Extension, or with Camera Clamp / Shoe Adaptor:

A swivelling adaptor that allows products with a female 1/4" thread, i.e. portable audio recorder or camera to be mounted on a 3/8" male thread, mic stand or boom pole, or be attached to the camera hot shoe. The Hot Shoe Extension allows multiple attachments to be mounted on the camera Hot Shoe attachment.
