Even more immersion with BRAVIA Acoustic Center Sync
When connected to a BRAVIA TV with Acoustic Center Sync, both the soundbar and the TV become the centre speaker in your home cinema system. Furthermore, connecting the soundbar with optional wireless speakers, the TV speaker plays the centre channel role with your soundbar as part of the 360 Spatial Sound Mapping14 setup. This enables sound to precisely match what’s on the screen for a truly immersive experience.

With Acoustic Center Sync, you’ll hear dialogue from exactly where the character is standing in the scene. Action and sound are precisely aligned so your viewing becomes much more immersive.
Effortless control with BRAVIA
With an integrated UI, soundbar sound settings automatically appear on the BRAVIA Quick Settings menu for easy control of features such as sound field and volume.

If you have a BRAVIA with a multi-position stand, you can change the position of the TV stand and fit the HT-A5000 discreetly beneath the TV for a clean look.

The soundbar is compatible with Google Assistant enabled devices with Chromecast built-in™ and Amazon Alexa enabled devices. Just add the HT-A5000 soundbar to your speaker group using the Google Home app to start playing music, change the volume, or many other functions using just your voice.

For immersive movies, press the Sound Field button on your remote and enjoy atmospheric sound that puts you right at the heart of the action. Or turn Sound Field off for pure speaker sound when listening to High-Resolution Audio or stereo music.

The HT-A5000 is almost ready to go straight out of the box. Simply plug it in, connect to your TV using the HDMI eARC connection and power on.
