Greatly enhance the functionality of your camera for a video production environment with our Half Cage Pro Kit for the Sony a7R V!
This half cage offers partial protection for your camera body and features universal mounting options for accessories such as Cold Shoe, 1/4”-20 threads with Locating Pins and an NATO Rail Attachment that can be mounted to the top or side of the cage.
The kit supports various Top Handles that mount via 1/4"-20 and can be used with the included NATO Top Handle via the Nato Rail Attachment which offers more flexible operating and handling.
The handle includes several mounting points including one cold shoe receiver which can be used to mount an external monitor via our Cold Shoe Accessory Mounting Bracket.
Optional accessories like our NATO Based Side Handles can also be mounted via the NATO Rail Attachment.
The bottom plate features an Arca Swiss connection and can natively mount to our to the DJI RS3 Pro / RS3 / RS2.
The new modular design features an ARCA receiver which makes swapping between a Ronin S Series Gimbal and this baseplate quick and simple.
This ARCA adapter can also be removed, allowing you to mount other cages or camera systems directly via two 1/4"-20 screws.
This baseplate is compatible with our Tilta Standard Dovetails and can accommodate a variety of quick release plates via 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads.
Similar to our other systems, you’ll also have multiple options for mounting 15mm rods via our new 15mm Single Rod Holders.
This will allow you to secure 15mm rod based accessories via Dual 1/4"-20 Threads or the Front Mount Rod Holder Thread.
The included HDMI and USB-C Cable Clamp ensure any connected cables are mounted securely.
